The site features articles and research papers on themes such as "good work" in business, education, journalism, law, medicine, theater, and sports. Also includes comparisons across professions. Most papers are available for free download. The project is supervised by psychologists Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, William Damon, and Howard Gardner.
