Cyberangels: A Program of Guardian Angels
This nonprofit organization acts as a "cyber-neighborhood watch." The site gives tips on dealing with cyberstalkers and online harassment as well as hackers and viruses. Volunteers work with law enforcement to locate online criminals such as child pornographers and stalkers. Also features "Internet 101" (information about common programs and applications) and a parents' guide. The group does not advocate censorship of adult use of the Internet. Available in several languages.
